I don't know about that one - lol!

I always responded to someone just saying hello - simple - direct - not trying to be cute. "Hello, I'm so and so," holding out his hand to shake mine. My response would be with my first name, we'd make that uncomfortable small talk for a few minutes before we decided if we'd sit together, etc - and then we're off! To me, any kind of cute saying sounds very scripted, as if you've used it on a hundred girls before . . .

(Of course, now I'm married - I don't hang out much without my man. . . maybe if I did I'd have a different answer!)
