A while back I wrote the first chapter of what I intended to be a series....

Its a bisexual tale. Some man on man, a touch of girl on girl as well as straight sex.

I'd intended to carry it on until I'd a final full on orgy chapter.

Anyway, life gets in the way and rather unforgivably despite getting the odd bit of feedback asking for part 2, I let it drift and sort of put it out of my mind.

Now i want to get back into that "story world" and write more. It'd be really helpful to get some pointers on what works and doesnt to help me put myself in back in the right headspace to continue the story.

Thank you.

P.S. This is another, even older one I'm also considering writing a sequel to. This one's 100% gay male.

Generally reading what you wrote before, trying to remember what motivations you had for writing the original, and I think the real key is having at least an idea for where you want the sequel to go. Even if it veers heavily away, at least having a rough idea of where you might be starting gives you a purpose. I know I've had a story or two that people have wanted to see more on, that I won't do a sequel because I don't think there's any great followup. Then there's others where it's completley obvious.
