Well, as someone who's into the whole theme idea, I'm a fan of costumes. Something like an exotic gypsy can be sexy, or the innocence of an angel outfit can be highly erotic. Sometimes I go to the Salvation Army or other thrift stores to find stuff to make different themes. There are also the classics, like the nurse, maid, and secretary. Be creative and have fun.
