pic attachments

How do you (if possible) attach a pic to a PM? On a normal thread post it is a simple attachment download from the hard drive, but it appears that a pic attachment in a PM can only be from a URL/website.

Any help would be appreciated.

In a post, you can attach or hotlink. In a PM, you can only hotlink. There are instructions on hotlinking in our FAQ Sticky. Just make sure you use a hosting site that will be friendly to Lit and your content (Photobucket and ImageShack can have issues with Lit and don't allow adult content, for example, so you would avoid those).
