photoshop?

just curious about it, i obviously took my av picture myself... as you can see my arm is raised, and i was wondering if it's possible to edit it so my arm is down like the other one? probably not, but since i know nothing about photo editing i figured i'd ask!

probably wouldnt turn out the way you want unless you send me another pic with the right arm down. I think its a great pic as it is and would love to see more of you

ah ok... i figured as much, but thanks for the compliments :)

maybe when i get brave enough i'll start a picture thread hehe

only take me about 6 hrs from california to Boston to fly out with my camera to tak pic for you :p

Duh, somewhere in the recesses of my brain I knew that! Hope you are enjoying the change in weather your way. I've been to Boston twice and enjoyed the fall up in New England.
Your profile says your an EMT, many thanks for the hard wrk you and others like yourself put in. :)

Bye the bye, my friend maverickman is a wiz with changing a picture, he would gladly do it for you. Just as him on his thread. He is a good guy and would love to do it for you.

Changing the picture the way you asked is not going to look good. The lighting angle on the arm would be totally different if it were naturally by your side, and moving the arm from where it is now would require replacing the body part with background, which we can't see. The background would have to be cloned from other parts of the image or created from scratch (and that never looks right).

The best way to get the picture you want is to use a camera with a self-timer on a tripod or some other type of support.
