Yay, got the new lens but unfortunately don't feel great and the weather is cold so we postponed taking the pics I wanted after getting the lens. Still I had to try it out when we came home so I picked on the wildlife in the backyard and though I didn't use the tripod and was shivering, I am rapt in the result...can only imagine how good it will be with the tripod.
