Okay guys.. before you go and look, understand that my OCD is trains. I'm a bit behind in my editing and posting but if you are interested, you can view them here.

That bug is firmly buried in my neck! I'm already excited about my next big trip, which will start next year when I fly to Malaysia, invited by my mom and her hubby, along withe their kids and grandkids we'll will spend 2 weeks there, and when they fly back to Europe, I will go to Australia for 2 weeks! I've so wanted to go there for many many years!

Where is Oz are you going? I am hoping for a visit home very shortly and hopefully will fit some photo taking time in.

Wow, some cool shots...and nothing wrong with being train obsessed, they can be beautiful things and can make the most incredible material for photography.

Thanks cat.. I wish I was a good enough artist to draw some of the images in my head as well but at least with the camera I can find some visual artistic expression to share.

My plans is to fly into Sydney and spend around a week there, before heading out of the city. I'm pondering a trip to Uluru, and I'll try to see if I can find some other trips out of Sydney that last a few days.

Uluru would be cool...you will find plenty to do in Sydney, just be careful. There are a lot of options around the Sydney area for the following week..maybe even going NW to Dubbo's Open Plains Zoo might be good fun, or the northern beaches areas. If you fly into Sydney in daylight, actually anytime, you should get a fantastic view out the window of the plane. Hey, and you might even get lucky enough to meet some of our Aussie Litsters!!

I'm one of the worlds most unphotogenic people. You only get pictures when their's good pictures to give.

Besides, I take the majority of the pictures in my family, so it's rare for me to be in a picture? Not a coincidence, btw.

Opposite story here entirely, grace... but you know that about me already, I think (BTW, too lazy to load Y! Messyger and busy busy lately.. rarely online etc... so, HI! and hugs :kiss: to ya). I love the phone pics on your river... especially the angle used for those trees. Niiiiiice. :cool:

Hmmm, I got a little bored with doing the same old thing and wondered why I hadn't seen pics of frozen roses...so decided to try it to see if they shrivelled or something. Well it turned out well though I hope to perfect it some yet....ever tried suspending a rose in water to freeze and not letting it float sideways etc., without visible restraints?!! It takes some doing!! :D

Some nice photos, the quality of those shots of the flowers is just amazing, I must get back into macro photography sometime.

Anyway, not sure if there's supposed to be a specific theme, though thought i'd share some random shots of mine:
