Thought the autumn colours of this tree I photographed a few weeks ago were so cool!!

We had a wonderful but tiring day in The Hague (Den Haag) today waiting for visa's and I used the opportunity to run around in the freezing cold getting some pics of the beauty found there. Thought some of you might enjoy.

Need to get a better shot of this block of buildings as they are built to look as if they could never stand...small at the bottom and widening and leaning outward toward the top.

I must admit I have fallen in love with this place in every season. Spent the time until recently in awe as each season changed and feeling it was the best, then the next one, and the next one....truth is it is just beautiful anytime. And definately let us know if you decide to visit Holland and we will be rapt to meet.

You were thinking of having an Dutch Lit get together. If you resurrect the idea would give me excuse to come and see strange buildings and brooding doorways. x
