I think it takes too much effort on their part to post the picture of their tribute.

I received an ipad tribute once, and that made me oddly proud and aroused. :)
 
Reason I wont send a tribute pic anymore because I never get a thank you from the lady after it is sent to her. Likely it was a guy posing as a lady in the first place or a guy wanting the pics for himself. Only will tribute a picture for a lady if she is watching me do it on cam now. Only way to know for sure she is the true recipient of the tribute. And its a lot more enjoyable doing it.
