Photo or picture in text story

I'm working on a story called "Sharing Gina." I had an idea for a symbol at the very end of the story, and I was wondering if photos or pictures were supported when submitting a file like a Word document. It will be a yin/yang symbol with some modifications. The rest of the story is all text-based; only the symbol will be included at the very end of the story, with a special meaning.

You can do that in the "Illustrated Stories" category. But most of them have more than just one illustration.
