How fitting that it's on "Yahoo News", and preceded with a commercial starring Larry the Cable Guy.

Not a bad reason to publish the numbers.

Since you seem to know a lot about this kind of stuff, is there anyway to tell the difference between a man shopping with his AR-15 and a spree shooter who is about to kill a dozen people.

If someone thought he was a spree killer who was about to start shooting, could they use their concealed carry gun and shoot him in the back? Is there some kind of etiquette that says no shooting in the back?

If he turned out to be an ordinary shopper, is this murder, or just an understandable mistake?
