Do the 900 numbers for phone sex show up on your phone bill? What do they show up as? (are they still 900 numbers??)

Damn! I was counting on you, too!!!! :)

So the calls must be forwarded to you, then?

Or do they have your cell number?

Or is your cell provided by your employer?

(and don't you have an issue with dropped calls, with it not being a land line?)

Yes, they do, and as such. Believe me. I once called some on a much earlier phone, back when I still lived with my parents. Even though I mostly paid for my share, I found out the hard way that they were traced. My father, being a Baptist minister, was none too pleased about that.

Damn, I thought my job would come in handy here. But my pervs call my cell phone.

It might be fun to have some "perv" women call mine. :D I tried once, without success, to get a phone sex line started. It didn't work out, for some reason.

Selena,
Yes, there are several prefixes that show on your bill, iirc, 900, 888 and so on. The better ones have uninformative names, likes 'Continental Enterprises'.

My phone number is listed on the company website and in some of their ads. The guys call me directly, and I do the billing. I'm an independent contractor, so the phone is my responsibility. I generally take calls with my phone plugged into the charger at home, so disconnections are very rare.

You know, I'm still running that job option through my mind... ;)
