I think there is if done right. It'd have to be far more fantasy, however. Meaning, you'd have to give the woman calling a choice of voices, accents included, and--I'm guessing here, but I think the men talking would have to throw in some romance, not just sex. I suspect that women calling and paying for such a thing would want more of a narrative. Rather than the man starting off with: "I'm wearing tight, tight bikini briefs, baby..." they'd likely prefer the man to say, "Imagine that we've just retired to a cozy bedroom with lit candles and champagne..."Having known and asked a phone sex operator, her response when asked was simple "There really is no market for it...."
Which, of course, means that most phone-sex men probably would do better on gay phone lines as those phone lines would probably would get more calls and require less work
