Speaking as a smoker myself I can see where you'd want to have one before you're rendered immobile for awhile. I have found the hardest part of playtime is that I'm not allowed a cigarette until we're completely done and the need is always back there, even if I'm deliciously distracted by something else. And I tend to zone when I'm smoking - I can look very bored.

I love that video (especially the song with it - very nice) and that he was able to laugh off her ball tap moment there at the end. Gotta appreciate a sense of humor about the whole thing!

I am a smoker as well, but I really think that my Dom would be rather put out if I decided I needed a smoke while he was working so hard. That is just us though.
The nut shot at the end I think I would have been in a bit of trouble for that lol.

Yeah, it looked like the setup for a photoshoot so the regular rules may not apply there. She did squeal prettily when he smacked her bottom at the end there. I liked that a lot.
