Pet lovers......

I think they're asking $3000 for her, which is kind of high, but she has excellent breeding. She's only 4 and was probably the easiest horse to start that I've ever run across.

I'm in Missouri, btw.

*wishing I had the money*

Mom would be so surprised. We'll probably wait until summer before getting any horses. But she does sound worth every penny!

I have... Two cats...
1st is White Piece of Fluff... she is deaf..can't see out of one eye..declawed..and she sees dead people. We rescued her from a pound.
2nd is Big Boy..really large black and white cat that does not bug anyone unless he wants loving.

And one dog...
Lucy...a little dog that has no tail..but lots of loving to give.

I can't have a pet where I live right now, nor would I want to keep an animal in a confined area if their not suited for it. I do love large dogs, my best one was Maxx, a timber wolf/german shepard mix. He had the size and teeth of a wolf, plus the instincts. He and I would go into the woods and play "hide and seek and kill your prey" all the time. He would stand on his hind legs..paws on your shoulders..and you'd still have to reach up to scratch his ears! My second favorite was Nikki, and siberian husky. We meshed like brothers, and had that psychic connection that was only broken by his death.
When I get a place with more land, I'll get a pair of big dogs (male/female), and let 'em run and make babies!
I do have alot of neighborhood dogs that consider me their buddy! :D

2 American Staffordshire Terriers (most folks would call this breed a Pit Bull...Pit Bull is a name given to a number of dogs of similar stock)
The Red Nose is Miss Piggy (she looks just like a pig)
The Black/White boy is Bling (he has a diamond-shaped marking on his head) He's a show quality dog from champion lines, and I hope to find someone to show him as soon as he's old enough.

1 Staffordshire Bull Terrier (much like an am staff, but smaller)
He was born in England, and he's got such a lovely personality, I named him Bullet Tooth Tony (we just call him Tony, though)

1 Akita
His name is Kyuzo, after a character from Akira Kurosawa's excellent movie Shichinin no Samurai (Seven Samurai)

I'm lookin' to get some Rottweilers, an Argentinian Mastiff, and many, many more.

I am the boss, and all my dogs know it. They've all been very well trained and are the sweetest bunch of mean dogs you'd ever meet.

I suppose I should post here...

Almost forgot to post myself.

One dog right now, a giant Newfoundland named Jacob. He's 5, and anywhere fron 145-165 lbs. His paws are bigger than my hands :( We used to have another, Donovan, who we rescued a age 9. He died last year at almost 14 - very old for a huge dog. He was VERY smart.

One cat right not, 7 y/o, and very dominant. We had another but he disappeared around Thanksgiving.

7 fish, named 1,2,3,4,5,6, and Dorothy. My 2 y/o son named those.

The pets definitely rule the roost. Donovan was an alpha dog, and when there's 300+ pounds of dog in the house, humans are just speed bumps.

I have 2 children.
Chata ( an old gray Texas flabby tabby )
and Bongo ( a sweet slutty male with blond fur, and an appetite for 10 tons of attention a day... and yes, his fur is actually blond. )

That is one beautiful Macaw. I've always had a soft spot for birds for some reason.
