I vaguely remember a trip with my parents when we toured Europe as a kid.

always fancied doing one of those. maybe i will.

you would board ship in the evening and by morning you'd be in Amsterdam or Zeburge or Prague or .....can't think now of other places, but then you'd cruise home that night. they always sounded fab.

Yeah we used to do those all the time. And drive to Dover for a day in France.
