I am parlty clearing out this morning whilst waiting for the plumber...

Regaining the kitchen would be good, currently a blocked drainage issue between me and the flat below, so every time the flat above us empties their sink, it seeps into mine

Wow, EC, CF and Angel... lots of ideas and challenges. I hate throwing things into the bin or the non-recyclables at the recycling centre, but the garage is getting full of the stuff I no longer want in the house!! The village hall might tar some but a fondue set ...?? Nope!

Definitely Freestyle for clearing out stuff. I've had people literally at the door five minutes after I've posted :-o

A few drinks last night so a restorative grilled breakfast this morning (fried is so last year).
