Ok, my cousin is a male over 18 and he has found himself in a very miserable situation. We have a mutual friend who is younger than us (almost 15) and we both helped him with the process of dealing with being gay and coming out to his mom and immediate family. We have become adopted members of their family and grown very close to them all. However he is a child of divorce and his non-custodial father is a very conservative "devout Christian" so he is intensely opposed to his son living a homosexual lifestyle, now he is threatening to start the process of legal action against my cousin (even though all three of us were always together and nothing happened physically between the two of them). The problem is, our young friend *has* been sexually active with other youths, but not for the last month or so, and our concerns are these:
Is there a test that can indicate whether he has had anal intercourse and if it has been so long will they still be able to find anything that can help prove that my cousin was not one of the parties involved?
