Okay, let me try to put it a simpler way.
There is an episode of Mobile Suit Gundam. An anime about giant robots (mecha). In that episode, Amuro, the pilot of the Gundam, is conversing with Frau Bow or however her name is spelled. She's manning one of the tactical comm stations on the ship. During the course of that episode, that line comes up (or something similar). Now think about it from a perverse perspective. Think about the words "cleared for docking in the rear hangar"
