Hey my virgin-post. Heheh, okay I'm just wondering what the best and worst dates you've had are? Since all of my relationships have been based on the friendship=>lover type, and I'm thinking about the dating route since my last breakup, I'm just wondering what's your favorite date and why?

Well always like to give a newbie....a *bump*.. but I have to think about the answer...being divorced for just 2 yrs...have had many...good/bad dates...hard to pinpoint just one:rolleyes:

worst date

WEll I have had very many wonderful dates over too many years to really recount them here.

But the worst date I ever had was the worst for my date not me.

I was a freshman in HS and was a a youth group dance and had plans to go tothe State Fair with a girlfirend. Well, at the dance she tells me she is going to go with someone else. Was I insulted!! Now I, meaning me, would have to go to the FAir by myself! My reaction was to find another girl and ask her. Well I found the Asian American girl in our class who was really a very lovely girl. I asked her if she would go with me and she agreed to go. she evcen broke a date with another classmate (female) to go with me.

Here's how it went. No license so we took the bus. she met me at the school and we went to the Fair. We went on a lot of rides and saw the exhibits, but we hardly spoke toe each other. She was very shy and so was I. I just did not know what to say. We had lunch and went home again by bus. She got off at the school and walked home by herself. What a jerk I was.

The next year she and her family moved away and I have never seen her since. wE had a reunion of our 8th grade that she was scheduled to attend but did not show up. I hope she will be there for the next one. I hope we will have a good laugh over it.

and by the way, my social graces have improved since then and so have my dates.

Early dating was a bear!!! I waited to date until I could drive so I could avoid having one of my parents around.

My first date with my first wife was the classic bad date. Almost everything that could go wrong did, including the movie projectionist's sleeping through a reel change.

Obviously, she ended up marrying me anyway.
