People with webpage/free servers knowledge

Okay step one here is the problem. Im going to resharpen my html skillz a little bit an some other stuff along the way. I need
to find a free webserver (im not dishin out for a .com yet) that
will allow you to use your images on there servers to be posted
on other webpages. Like with angelfire.com if you upload a picture there an then try to directly post on another webpage
an angelfire.com graphic shows up in its place.

Step two is solving the problem. I need to know if anyone knows
a good webserver that doest show there image but, the graphic
that your trying to use. Can anyone help me out?
