People Watching

I like the top of an escalater.(sp)

Second would be outside the main public toilets.

not a people watcher....

i'm more of a Short-skirt-windy-day-Love-them-legs sort of person...

:D

I hang out with a buddy of mine after breakfast, generally for an hour or more. We sit on a bench in front of the restaurant in the midst of a shopping center and watch people walk by on the sidewalk and cars drive by as they negotiate their way to and from the parking lots. We enjoy looking a cars as much as people, but its definitely a pleasant experience. And we muse about all nature of things as we sit there.

I've also enjoyed hanging in an open air food court watching the shoppers at an upscale pedestrian shopping mall. The number of beautiful women is remarkable, though wealthy men seem able to attract lovely partners. I recall the sixty plus year old, balding man with a thirty years old busty blonde on his arm. I can't say that I envied him because if that woman was prepared to make the choice she apparently mad in being with her sugar daddy, she wouldn't be the kind of woman who would interest me. She wasn't bad to look at though.

I'd say though, my people watching doesn't require a high proportion of babes. I take as much pleasure out of watching kids and parents together.

i find the dmv (department of motor vehicles) a great place to watch people... there are so many different types of people there, granted they are all there for pretty much the same thing, but its still extremely interesting

i also like to watch in libraries or bookstores. sit down in a chair that has a good view of most of the place... and just watch. the different books everyone looks at, how they avoid other people, the people studying... and so on.

People watching?
I think that would be too depressing, I'd watch people scurry around like ants and realize how meaningless life is..
I do like board watching though, heck I've become addicted to board watching at times.

Ah so Laurel watches airports

:p

I'm a people watcher.

I watch (and eavesdrop) everywhere i go but these are my favorite places:
Beaches (lots of clothing shifting going on here).
Coffeeshops (i love watching people in intense discussions.)
Fast food restaurants (sorry for the oxymoron).
Amusement parks (where everyone is *supposed* to be having fun).

Do you go to these places ...

:p

But I guess it must be interesting watching planes
land and take off.

It's fascinating.

Airports.

I recall fondly parking near the end of the runway at the airport and watching the planes taking off...amazing to remember that. I guess it doesn't qualify as people watching, but what the hell.

Airports.

I spent three hours in the airport Saturday morning. Belive it or not, there were people there to watch as well as airplanes.

My elder Granddaughter liked watching the airplanes landing and taking off. I watched the wide variety of people getting on and off of the airplanes.

I did think about asking a question that came to mind, but forgot about it until this thread reminded me:

Why on Earth would any woman travel in a cocktail length dress, four inch heels, and a gold pectoral that looked to be worth a couple hundred bucks?
