Ok, my wife says that I have a big penis, sometimes too big especially from behind, I honestly never thought that I did or even cared, but now I am curious. Sometimes I will see a guys penis in a post and think "he's kind of small" but other than those pictures I have no reference. (can't use porno as a reference)
So how big are you or how big is your SO?
Lets set a uniform standard of measurement, from base to tip, base being top of your penis as you are looking down at it. Also, please provide two measurements; flacid and hard.

Ok, first off, you can't really measure flacid to any great degree of confidence, it just varies too much to get a single figure... not going to happen.

However I will give an approximate measurment for hard. Can't give an exact one because I have a non flexible measuring tape and it can't quite cope with my significant downward curve.
And also the 2nd measurement you should be after is width (not circumferance) as that seems to play a fairly major role.

So here's mine
Length: Just a bit over 8"
Width: 2" straight across for most of the length.

And yes I know I have hands, mouth and a tongue, I use them all

I have never measure it but both of my 2 last girlfriend have said i am too big and i never thought i was at all. My last girlfriend i was with and for a long time and she never really felt comfortable with it and i always had to becareful!

I find it ironic that if a man wonders about the size of his penis women jump on them about being insecure or inmature, but when a woman feel sthat she is inadquate breast enlargement is her first reaction.
A mans penis size could have a direct impact on his ability to satisify his wife or enjoy sex so it seems pretty legitimate question to ask. On the other hand breast enlargement does not effect intercourse except to the extent of visual stimulation.
Unlike a boat, car, or motorcycle, a man doesn't need to know that he is the biggest (at least for most) just that his wife or girlfriend thinks he is big or big enough - I'm not going to kid you most of us want our wives to say that we are big.

mine is a bit over 7" (heck im european so 18cm) long and 5.5" around. from my expirence thats the high end of the average spectrum.
flaccid im also more a shower so around 5-6 long (more a guess than a measure as it hard to measure ), and in public shower i often get looks from other men.

We jump, not so much from being unempathetic but because if you've been around Lit for not that long, you know it's a recurring thread on here and frankly the repetition is a bit boring.

As for the comparison between women's breasts and male cocks...hmmm well I've seen threads here on the pros and cons of breast enlargements and I wouldn't say it was any where near the 'first' reaction...of some men and certainly women. Huge contingent says learn to love who you are...and the men who love small breasts come out of the woodwork to support it.

The average size erect must be around 5 to 6 inches. It's funny how at Lit, everyone has an eight incher. I'm sure some do, since I've seen pics people post. Quite the impressive tools. Since I've been able to keep women satisfied with less than that, I see no reason to carry the extra weight around...

Actually it isn't that easy, unlike female's breast sizes that stay relatively the same the penis grows when it becomes erect, additionally each penis grows a different amount, some people are larger to begin with and don't grow as much, some smaller flacid penises can grow a great deal, so seeing a flacid penis is not an accurate representation of what it will be erect.

Guys generally don't walk around the gym locker room with erections if they want to keep their health at least.

Studies have put the average penis size between 5 and 6 inches in the USA and between 5.5 and 6 to 6.5 in some other countries.

Internet based studies don't count because they allow the person to say their size.
