This isn't a strictly BDSM thing, but I'm sure some of you must have experience in the area of bruised penises. I was playing with my penis pump yesterday. It has a gauge on it so you can watch the pressure level. I've used it before without any issues. However, yesterday I stayed within the guidelines, but after I finished, my penis was rather distended, and over the next couple of hours the shaft bruised up pretty good, but the head is normal looking. I think following Netz advise is the right thing, maybe someone here will know something more and be able to share. The only comment I would like to add is that just because it says so in the manual or instructions, doesn't mean its 100% trustworthy.

I know you said you used it before, but you may have gone too fast this time.

Its a well known fact that what makes a cock hard is the filling up of blood in the viens and such of the cock. The pumps create additional suction in which to pull or suck which creates added pnds of pressure forcing more blood into the cock making it harder and causing it to swell thicker. By leaving it on for too long or by going to fast you run the risk of damaging yourself.

My "guess" is that coloration you are seeing is like a big hickey. Meaning the blood was drawn to the surface of your skin. that why I am guessing that you either went to fast or left it on for too long.

If you take a plastic cup and put it over your mouth and suck the air out of it so that it sticks and you leave it there for a while you will get a nice purplish round ring around your mouth, in a sense i think that is what happened here.

The best way to treat hickies is to apply cold to them. you may try putting an ice sack on your johnson for about a half hour and see if that helps any.

Again, this is more of an educated guess based off what you have described, to be sure following Netzach's advice would be a good thing to do.

A bruise on the penis usually goes away in a few weeks. If you are worried, see your doctor and tell them exactlly what happened. Don't be shy, hey have heard it all and even if this is new, they will treat you with respect. If they don't, you need a new doctor.
