Out there in this vast knowledgable audience are there men that have or still use a penile prosthesis or penile pump? I have ??'s. Are there or have there been any physical or medical drawbacks. Are there classification types? Do they really work? Is there a size limitation that you can pump to or can you choose a classification that provides more size than another.
thank you

If you pump too hard, fast, or long, you may temporarily or permanently damage your cock.

I have no idea what you mean by "classification types" or "do they really work."

Because you referred to size, I can only assume you're asking if pumps increase size. In that case, the answer is yes, they do increase size temporarily. And perhaps if you pump a lot everyday, your size might increase a little bit long-term; of course you might also do long-term damage or find yourself with premature erectile dysfunction down the road.

Think of it this way: If there was anything short of surgery that increased size safely and effectively, don't you think men would stop wasting money on all of the pills, creams, devices and programs that didn't work and we all would have heard about this miracle penis grower by now? If pumping was so damn effective, wouldn't every guy with low cock-esteem be pumping away, instead of asking whether or not pumps worked on discussion boards?

Nevertheless, we've had quite a few threads on pumps in the past, and some of those just might answer your questions:

Yes, but the pumps to increase diameter permaently if used safely every day. It just isn't something particularly noticable. If people can't stick to a diet for longer than a week, there's no way the average guy would be doing his cock exercises every day for months just to get a fraction of an inch. :D It still causes a measurable amount of size increase, though.

SweetErika,
thank you for your kind response but I am Mr. Stupid here and made an assumption. When I mentioned penile prosthesis I thought a reader would know that I was talking about the surgical procedure of inserting a ballon in the penis with a pump in the scrotum that activiates the balloon and creates an erection. sorry about my dumbness.

I did read your story howerver...I liked it. It was a story and not just a bunch of words talking about and describing sex and all that goes with it.

So if there are those out there that can forgive my stupidity I certainly would like to hear of your experiences with the procedure. As for classification there is supposedly 3 types of prosthesis'. I have heard that the type 3 is the most expensive but does have the ability to increase girth.

Yeah, I assumed you meant the extension sleeves, not the implant surgery.

Just to clarify, you're considering having surgery because you want to increase your girth, and not because you have erectile dysfunction?

If so, I don't know much about the implant surgery, but what I do know makes me think it's very unwise to have it for the purpose of increasing size. It's one thing if there's erectile dysfunction that doesn't respond to medication, pumping, etc.; it's quite another to mess with a perfectly functional penis just to increase size, IMO. After all, what if the surgery is botched, you simply don't like the results as much as you thought you would, or you have problems with the equipment down the line? Is increasing your girth some really worth the risks of having with a fairly useless cock forever?

I haven't seen the implant surgery talked about (at least beyond a passing mention) here, so I'm not sure how much help you're going to get on that front. You might be best off finding a more specialized group or site for that subject.

Yeah, I don't even know anything about it. I've heard of it, but it's apparently very rare in this age of Viagra and friends.
