Pending story

So I've posted 4 chapters of a story, but then re-edited and put in 2 requests to a. delete those chapters and b. post the new version of first chapter. It's been almost 3 weeks now and those 2 things are still sitting in the Pending folder. I've messaged Laurel, but no reply. Guess I just have to wait, but it's kind of getting annoying when before, I didn’t have to wait for more than 1 week for chapter to be posted (which may be because those 4 chapters were shorter, but still) . Sigh.

I think I've read everything about the pending story situation and I re-submitted a few times because I wanted to change some things. hoping it would be posted this weekend

I’ve re-submitted mine a few times as well. I’m hoping they go up this week before sending a message to Laurel.

Strange thing, a few badly written stories I posted on a whim were published in two days. I think the better the writing, the higher chance it’s flagged as AI and held back.

That’s just my thought however.

Every time you edit and re-submit a story, it starts over in the approval queue, goes to the back of the line, extends the delay.

Ya. The only thing I can now say is I'm at least happy enough with the first chapter that I don't feel the need to edit it anymore.
