I think most conservative posters know exactly what this is about. Like the phony impeachment this will fail. Nancy is lining up her next attempt at deposing a duly elected president. If Biden wins he should get the same peaceful transfer of power that Trump received. Maybe challenge his mental acuity. Not really sure which part of the 25th amendment Nancy’s pushing for, whether it’s for being medically incapable to perform his duties as president or a peaceful transfer of power she still has to follow the constitution. This rhetoric by the speaker is a new low by this evil woman. Maybe pubs take back the house and send her packing.

The only angle I see here is that if OramngeBoi loses in a few weeks, he'll go totally off the rails and look for a scorched Earth policy until January. This may be a way to remove his Lame Duck ass.

You have to have a transition period, just selecting personnel is a monumental task.
If Trump loses fairly he will leave. All this banter is a ploy by Pelosi to create a crisis that doesn’t exist. It’s been going on for 3 1/2 years now.
A storm is brewing for Biden and Hillary and a whole host of Obama political thugs. You can stick your head in the sand but that won’t stop the storm that’s coming. It may start a civil war but Obama will be exposed for being the most corrupt president ever.

The issues with this are 1) a commission of "experts" isn't going to tell us anything we can't see for ourselves; 2) as we saw with impeachment, a body that is truly bipartisan isn't going to be able to come to any sort of agreement in the current environment; and the big one, 3) the Constitution already spells out what we're supposed to do if the President is cuckoo for Cocoa Puffs, so any sort of commission wouldn't have any authority.
Yes, the 25th Amendment presumes that people will be able to put partisanship aside for the national interest if the President is incompetent, and that's a pipe dream, but it's still the only law we've got.
