Actually it is, and is similar to one of the traditional practices in Hindu sexual devotion. It requires a very flexible woman - think Chinese acrobats or Cirque de Soleil - starting in Limbo position (bent backwards, as lowas possible) and then bringing the upper half of her torso forward until her head is under her bum.

In the Hindu devotion, this allows for alternating vaginal and oral strokes, but I guess you could use it to "screw you up the butt while you suck my nuts."

Personally, I think the Hindu appraoch is far nicer, and, given the opportunity, I'd even like try it for alternating kisses on the woman's oral and vulvic lips. Ah! what divine nectar in that form of worship!
