hey everyone- i have a few questions

What is the PC muscle and where is it?

How exactly do I exercise it t last longer??

As far as does it work? I honestly believe it does when I flex my PC muscle during and erection the head of my penis becomes more engorged and produces the affect of having a metal rod between your legs. Hope this helped you out.

As for the where...it is located near the base of your penis. To isolate which muscle it is, the next time you are urinating, stop the flow(not by pinching it off with your fingers), this should give you an idea of which muscle to exercise. As for exercising it, contract the muscle and and maintain contracting for 10 to 20 seconds and then relax the tension. Pause for about 30 seconds and then repeat. Do this for a few minutes on a daily basis.
