paternity question

I know this is really random, and has more to do with the consequences of sex than with sex itself, but the question just popped into my head, and I can't seem to resolve it.

Suppose a Dude knocks up a Chick in country A. Like, they're tourists. Or something. And then they go back to country B. Can the Chick still sue the Dude for paternity in country B? After all, the deed took place in Country A. What if the Dude lives in country B, and the Chick lives in Country C?

What if it happens on an airplane over international waters?

When considering questions like this, which is relevant: the time and locaiton of fertilisation, or copulation?

Not that this has happened to me, or anything. Nor do I mean to defend the Dude for failing to assume his proper Paternal Duties without Legal Encouragement. He's only a fictional character, for crying out loud. I'm just curious.

I'm not sure about international law when it comes to someone in country "A" getting someone in country "B" pregnant. But I'm sure that the laws cover that.

As to the airplane, or in international spaces goes...I believe, the country that own the plane or boat is the country whose laws need to be followed. But again, I'm not up on international laws.
