paste a picture (not attach)

I can attach a picture file to a post, but can't paste a picture to a post ?
picture is less than 100kb ... help

just copy and paste its URL

The tags you need to put around it are
[ I M G ] website where the picture is dot com [ / I M G ]

Remove the spaces and it will work.

Hi smooth,

After you upload your photo to one of these sites, it will give you the address it is located at.

*copy that address, then go into Lit,

*open your post and when you get to the spot you want a pic,

*click the

insert image button in the toolbar of the post window.

*paste the copied address into the box that appears and click "ok"

*finish your message, preview and if it looks ok, send it on in.

I suppose-sorry if I included too many steps, had to teach my 80-something relatives to use email a couple of weeks back and I'm still stuck in "small chunks" mode.
