Nope, and it's against the rules to post personal info like email addys -- especially when it's not YOUR info.
With a join date of 4/02/07 and only 166 posts, her best bet is likely re-registering if she can't access her account and hasn't had luck with the password reminder or reset. The Admins are unlikely to change her password since there's virtually no way to prove she is who she says she is (or even that you're posting on her behalf). For all they know, it could be someone malicious who wants to get her locked out of her account.
