Party tomorrow

Okay so we are having a bit of a party in work tomorrow on my unit. The party is being sponsored by one of the M.D.s' He's known for being a bit stingy and I'm honestly surprised that he'll be giving anything for this.

On the other hand I know his religion and how people react to it. I have seen his face when he has been offered food he can't eat. Because of this I have gone out of my way to make a few things for the party.

The main thing I am making is Stuffed Zuchinni, which most people there will try and enjoy. The second thing I'll be bringing in is a completely kosher dish I picked up this afternoon. (I made sure to have it labeled Kosher.) I'll bring this in as well. (Hey, I don't like people being cut off from the parties. So sue me.)

It should be an interesting party.

Good move and a nice thing to do

Well I brought in two trays of Stuffed Zuchinni. One with traditional Sausage and the other with Beef Sausage. (I paid extra for it in a Butcher Shop I know that does specialize in Kosher Foods. I also talke with the butcher thee and had him read the recipe. Ho told me everything was good as long as I kept to the handling guidlines, which I do anyways.)

So I bring these in. One tray had Three Zuch.'s, (or six halves.) and the other had one Zuch. I kept that one to the side while making sure those who had Kosher Diets knew where it was. At first people were hesitant about trying them but before long they trays had been cleared. I was made to promise to print out the recipe and bring it in when I show up for work tomorrow.
