Should have been made an example of but weren't.....
The kids could have had a real 'learning moment' if their parents were hauled off to jail for perpetrating a hoax and incarcerated.
Better yet, the kids could have been sent to live with folks who really are interested in their development and not carnival sideshows.....
Sadly, I don't think that we've heard the last of these idiots......
