The Wearside fuhrer is NOT a racist, he refuses to answer questions about his fascist ideology but he is NOT a racist!
In his mind racism is bad, but fascism is good.
"New Sunderland manager Paolo Di Canio refused to answer questions about whether he holds fascist beliefs in his first news conference as boss.
The Italian described the controversy surrounding his appointment as "ridiculous and pathetic" after taking over from Martin O'Neill.
Ex-Foreign Secretary David Miliband resigned from the board because of Di Canio's "past political statements".
"I don't have to answer this question any more," said Di Canio."

Sunderland miners demand return of banner after Paolo Di Canio's arrival
Durham Miners' Association writes letter to club saying Italian's politics is 'encouragement to rightwing groups' such as BNP.
A local miners' group has criticised Sunderland football club for appointing Paolo Di Canio as manager and demanded that a banner that has been on loan to the club for 15 years is returned.
Dave Hopper, general secretary of the Durham Miners' Association, said in a letter to the club that the decision to appoint Di Canio was an insult to those from north-east England who fought and died fighting fascism.
Hopper was a miner for 27 years at Wearmouth colliery, which was on the site where the Stadium of Light stands. He said: "We are not prepared to have a banner in the ground where that man is one of the leading protagonists.
