It is difficult to have an erotic story in which people have sex without first taking off panties. The obvious exception would be stories in which everyone is initially naked, or, as it would seem often happens in America, the woman doesn't wear panties in the first. Of course I'm not sure if a lot of American women do not wear panties, but judging from some of the stories a fair amount of them don't.
