You have to do proper measurements first. Since your measurements won't be quite like a woman's you have to do a best guestimate between a couple of sizes. Then after a long time of buying the correct sizes you buy a multi-pack of let's say cheeky panties to wear every day instead of wearing out your good panties for no good reason, you need to be prepared that the size the company says they are is a lie and they end up being two sizes to big. Really though, you just need to measure and do a best guess. Not too difficult.
