What kind of meat are you packing?

Bob, no offense, but that has to be the ugliest AV I have ever seen! That winking eye tops the cake!
 
I was thinking more along the lines of some good baby-back ribs, slowly smoked over hickory.

pork steaks, .59¢ each for the next few days at the local meat market. Mmmm, I loves a good pork steak. (not a good porkin')
