Ah, you don't know the half of it. Roger and I decided we didn't like the look of the popcorn-textured ceiling in our living room and dining room, so we decided to spend the weekend removing it and re-painting the ceiling. We unfortunately discovered the drywall had never been primered, so long story short, it took us two days longer and two hundred dollars more to smooth the ceiling than we anticipated. And we're still not quite done (couple of rough patches to fix).

Next weekend we paint the walls. Then the next weekend we lay Pergo flooring. The weekend after that it's base boards and crown moulding. And then I get to relax.
