Ow! Ow! Ow! Neck kink! Ow! Ow! Ow!

I have a horrible kink in my neck, right at the base of my skull. It's triggered a headache that's lasted for the last three hours or so.

I've tried to massage it out myself. I don't have any pain releivers here at work right now, and I can't exactly run right out and get some.

Someone drive here with aspirin and a neck massage please, STAT!

I'm doing well. I've not gotten back to writing, though I have a nice little composition program I just got I really want to play with this week. I have some melody ideas I'm interested in trying out.

NO weird dreams for a while. I've stopped eating pizza right before bed.

Tyrael - I'm not up to much, actually. Now that school's out, I'm catching up on non-school stuff, trying to get back to composing and writing, and getting my paperwork straight for the fall semester. How's life with you?

Don't feel too bad, I woke up with a sprained ankle this morning. I have no idea how I did it, either. I guess that means I'm getting so old that my memory is going, or that my threshold for pain has finally reached dangerous levels. heh

Well, yeah, you'd think we'd have one around here. To be honest, I haven't seen our first aid kit for about six months. I'm allegedly supposed to be in charge of making sure it's stocked, but no one's told me for sure. We have a really efficient operation here.

You know, I've done the whole "waking up with body parts hurting that shouldn't". It makes me wonder about the whole alien possession thing.
