Get off your ass, away from Lit, and EXERCISE. Just a little at first. Everyday. You'll feel better. I swear.

I've got a whole regimen for women that I promise will drop weight safely and won't cost a dime, just a (very) little willpower and the ability to write 3 Stats down everyday.
 
Something aimed just at women? Why won't it work for fat men? Doesn't sound like it could be very good if it is for women only. :) You may want to rethink your marketing approach before you make your debut on one of those late night TV advertising shows.

Straight men don't really care about how they look all that much. Sure, we'll go to the gym and try to eat right but it's not that big a deal if you're in good health.

Women and gay men however will try any idea that a hack comes up with. I've spent the morning working out with my gf and she's doing a hell of a great job in losing weight, but more importantly she's feeling better and stronger.
 
3 stats to be kept on your fridge: Time for 1 mile walk / jog, # of pushups (girlstyle) in 2 minutes, # of crunches in 2 minutes. If you just walk briskly, all of the exercises should take less than 21 minutes including a break to take a breath.

hate to say it ;) ... but this is actually a good idea


its a lot easier to do exercise if you have someone to do it with and to do it in a group so it makes you stick to it


i do some exercises nearly everyday ... i would do it everyday if other people were on here :) ... doesnt matter if you are overweight or not exercises are still healthy
 
RL sex is a good way to burn calories, actually. Cybersex isn't... *lol*

I started going to the gym 2 years ago and go at least 5 days a week. I've never been in better shape, or felt better in my life.

Its not easy at first... it takes some real will power - but once you're in the routine its not hard to keep up.

For anyone who wants to pay attention to calories, check out http://www.fitday.com They have a pretty good food database and it helps you figure out how many calories you ate for a day, and more importantly, where they came from (fat, protein, carbs or alcohol).
 
I used to make up so many bullshit excuses, but you know, Marxist is right.

Twice a day, I go for a walk. I can't usually do a mile because of my hips, but get your heart rate up for about twenty minutes at a go. It'll do your cardiovascular system a favor. I eat my biggest meal in the morning, then nibble all day on fruit and veggies. No sweets. They make me sick anyway. Don't starve yourself or your body starts hoarding calories.

Oh, and drink water. Even if you're not overweight, drink water. Lots of water. Dehydration is bad for you.

I must be a straight man because I don't give a flying fuck what anyone thinks I look like. I just happen to be in poor health and would like to be healthier.

Not to hijack this thread to be serious or anything, but he's dead right. If it's got you down, fix it.
