Ok I've had a clean up but I don't really get it, I always delete old messages and I'm pretty good about it......is there like a secondary file I need to empty and if so where will I find it...?

1. Go to your INBOX page.
2. Take a look at the place just above the actual list of messages that says Show Messages From
3. See that drop down box? Click on it.
4. Choose the option the beginning (or whatever other date you want)
5. NOW take a look at your msgs list. You may see some old friends there that have just been cluttering things up.

You were right, there were ton's of old crap in there, I had to go through with a flamethrower
