i dont think anyone is actually "demanding" him to change it ... obviously its totally up to him what av he wants (im sure theres some that arent allowed)

I don't find Outsider's avs gross. Actually, i find them FAR more interesting than the insipid little dollies, for example, that so many were touting for so long.
His avs, while definitely out of the ordinary, are representations of the edges of human experience, the very edges of our sexuality - and i'm completely fascinated with the edges. I find his avs fascinatingly repellent, as a matter of fact, since i'm so interested in the mindset of people who would go to such extremes.
So, don't look if they offend you. Put him on ignore. Then you might want to examine your deeply-ingrained prejudices and try to determine why pics of extreme, though temporary, body modification so offends you.

You post whatever pics you like for whatever reason you like, as long as they reside within the bounds of what is legal, you just go on ahead.
