Ok, I'll fess up. We have books in every room of the house - absolutely everywhere. So we all have literature in the bathroom to read (including the 4 and 7 year old children!)

For me, I tend to read during baths - ahhh - long, hot, relaxing baths. Paperback books work best for this, obviously. I've ruined many a copy by dropping it into the tub!!

it takes time to clog up a good toilet.

FYI: Despite the cliche of bringing a newspaper to the bathroom, you really shouldn't be spending more than a minute or two on the commode--you'll end up with hemorrhoids.

If you are really that constipated, you should at least consider some kind of fiber supplement like Metamucil or better yet, eat more whole grains or bran.

As for reading in the bath--I don't know. I take showers.
