Alex Stone ducked out of the hallway ignoring every one smiling towards their cars, every one in the entire school was trying to get out and greet the weekend. Most would be partying at some big popular kids bash and his fellow seniors would no doubt be celebrating their soon to be freedom.
But not Alex
Alex pushed his glasses up against his nose and shouldered his backpack waiting until the crowds began thinning before venturing back out into the hallway. The school was much more creepy with out any one in it empty and cavernous. It reminded him of the gaping maws of the most recent book he read.
Alex pushed the thought away and walked out blinking as the harsh sunlight hit him. He flipped up his hood and continued walking down the path ducking behind the schools gym to get away from the crowds of people. If they saw him they would probably give him hell about some thing and Alex wasn’t in the mood.
“I’ll just wait until they leave” Alex murmured throwing his backpack against the half wall and jumping onto it. His baggy clothes hiding his attractive muscular physique, he had a deep tan that mostly had to do with geneics then him being out in the sun, he had a handsome defined face with sharp features, his eyes though were the most starling and captivating thing about him though they were electric green and had a deep storm like intensity, his hair was shaved short so that way he didn’t have to fuss with it.
His graceful fingers danced over the book in his hands gently grabbing it and cracking it open. He took a minute to find his place before getting comfortable and pouring into it oblivious to his surroundings.
