Has anyone ever had one or at least know someone who has?

My grandmother "left her body' while sleeping in bed one night and after she "returned" she was in horrific pain from head to toe for an entire day.

Sometimes I can almost feel my "inner self" floating just a few inches above my physical self.

I used to do that before I got put on the right meds. It's caused by your basal ganglia getting hella confused. And it's a pain in the ass.

This scientist claims that consciousness is not limited to the brain and physical body and can exist separate from the brain in entangled states.

Some very fringe theories in quantum biology state that our conscious selves can exist remotely from the physical body.

I have no idea how this works, I am not a physicist.

Out-of-body experiences and near-death-experiences could be directly related to some of these theories.

There could be something more to this than just chemical malfunctions of the brain. In fact, I would like to believe so.
