Oh give me a break. That is total bullshit! If anybody is responsible it is the terrorists who crashed the planes. Commercial enterprises cannot possibly protect against every possibility. If they even tried airline tickets would cost tens of thousands of dollars.

It's perfectly okay for Bush to decide that he and only he should be the one to try, convict, and execute any of these 1,000+ people he wishes, without the American people knowing what is happening.

but if lawsuits in prior cases would have been fiscally painful to the airline industry, I mean get real, how long have planes been hijacked and why did they choose American plnes verses Isreali?. Airport security has been a joke for years because the financial rewards were just to great to ignore it.

I did not vote for Bush as I have expressed many times. I am a Libertarian, a free market malthusian, and a gun-toting nut.
