Bodily autonomy and freedom from government interference of our most private intimate decisions is one of those things. Otherwise, this country would be no different from, dare I say it- a hard-line socialist country where personal choices are subordinate to the decisions of the State.
And it is the job of the Supreme Court to uphold these freedoms, not undermine or destroy them.

The problem re. abortion is that those that support choice can't grasp what the issue is, that being the taking of a human life. They do not understand that the state has an interest in deciding who can make that decision and under what circumstances. They refuse to address the moral issues that surround the subject.

It was addressed with Roe and with the viability measure. The right wants protections to begin at conception which is unreasonable. That happens when your arguing with someone who thinks you're killing a baby instead of terminating a pregnancy.

I personally believe the choice should be the woman's up until birth, but am perfectly fine with viability.

Jeb stopped the recount that the FL Supreme Court ordered before it was complete, and the SCOTUS gave him the right to do it (before the result of the single and only recount was known) because states control their elections, the same right that they had in 2020.
