So, I'm back, and I have more time but I guess I don't know what to say.

I'm 21, and relatively new to the area, and desperately curious about sex in general (I don't have a lot of experience), as evidenced by my post in the GLBT personals section. Hey my girlfriend and I are moving back to Portland in about a month and we are looking for a place. We would like to find a small house otherwise we would consider an apartment unit in someones house or possibly a duplex. Out of town might be nice to but I would like to be within about 30 mins of the city. We are hoping to spend $500 - $700

Just thought I would see if you guys knew of anything.

Sorry to disappoint you, but to rent a house the minimum would be 1,000 to 1,200. And an appartment you might be able to get for 700 to 900, if you are not picky about the neighborhood you live in. If you can swing it you are just as well off to buy a house or condo if you are both working. Small homes in older OK neighborhoods are selling for about 210,000 to 225,000

We deffinately want to buy a place but we need to wait untill our lives stabilize a little. Plus it's hard enough trying to find a place to rent from across the country. Once we get there we can start looking at more long term options.
