I agree that the top one looks staged and part of it is that she's playing to the camera. The biggest difference for me is that the woman in the bottom image seems to be enjoying herself. An act of worship should stir passions in the worshipper. There's passion in the second image. The first one just seems dutiful.

Recording isn't something we've done yet ... I'm interesting to try it though. (I've actually suggested getting someone else to taking photos ... I think I'm a bit more exhibitionist than I realise sometimes.
